The F.A.S.T. Center uses state-of-the-art equipment and philosophies to train the athlete to become faster and more explosive, while increasing durability, flexibility and mechanical efficiency in an effort to reach higher levels of performance. Through the use of compressed air resistance and tonic vibration response, our training can eliminate momentum and inertia, forcing the body to work through an entire range of motion, as well as increase the muscles' ability to fire quicker and more rapidly, stretch farther and thereby increase the capability the body has to run faster, cut quicker, jump higher, and throw farther.
